We accept returns and exchanges only under the conditions listed below.
All items must meet our guidelines before we can assist.
At Canbusell, we aim to provide quality items at fair prices. If something is not right with your order, we will work with you once it meets the guidelines below.
When you can return or exchange an item:
Items may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery if:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged
- The item has a clear manufacturing defect
To qualify, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, unwashed
- Free of makeup, scent, or signs of wear
- In original packaging with tags/hygiene seals intact
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:
You must contact us within 24 hours and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A short description of the issue
This helps us investigate and assist you quickly.
Items we cannot accept for return:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear
- Bodysuits
- Undergarments
- Earrings
- Beauty items
- Any item with a hygiene seal
- Sale/clearance items marked “final sale”
Without a valid receipt or order number, we cannot process returns.
Return delivery fees:
If the issue is our fault
(wrong item, damaged on arrival, verified defect):
→ Canbusell covers the return + redelivery fee.
If the return is due to customer preference
(e.g. wrong size, changed mind):
→ Customer covers:
- The return delivery cost
- The fee to deliver the replacement item
Refund Methods:
We do not offer cash refunds.
Why?
Our items come in limited batches, and once a package leaves our hands, it cannot always be resold as new.
This helps us maintain hygiene standards, protect product quality, and keep prices affordable.
Approved refunds are given as:
- Store credit, or
- Exchange for another item
Store credit never expires.
Exchanges:
If the item you want is in stock, we’ll arrange an exchange.
If it’s unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value.
Incorrect Size:
Measurements are provided to help you choose the right fit.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size based on the measurements listed.
If you’re unsure before ordering, reach out — we’ll gladly guide you.
Late or invalid return requests:
We cannot process returns if:
- The request is outside the 3-day window
- The item shows signs of wear, scent, or damage after delivery
- Tags or hygiene seals were removed
- The item is marked final sale
- Photos of the issue were not provided
